Look Whos Around Then

Seems not long ago you and I used to hang by the corner block
Dancing, playing hide and seek and popstock
You know I had your back all the way from elementary school
Admit it, you don’t remember the last time you saw me
Busy schedule, I get..Still you could text me every now and then
Cause am really not keen on having to call you my ex bestfriend
Things started blending between us and now it has just gone to far
It reach to the point where I don’t even know who you are
Everbody wants to slap your back and shake your hand
Only because you’re on top of that mountain
But I rather be on the sideline watching you in the game playing
Trusting that you will see what is real and what is fiction
Am not worried about your so called friends
Because when one of those rocks give way and you slide back down
Look whos around then...
