Archana Kapoor Nagpal Poems

One fine day,
Everything will be perfect,

One fine day,
...

Please mother let me be born,
I might shine bright like a diamond in your crown,

I want to see the world,
...

I brought her into this world,
But she is like a mother to me,
Darkness is the only colour for me,
Though I see the beautiful world,
...

God on Facebook

If God ever had a Facebook account,
God’s profile name would have been God,
...

Let us cook together,
A meal that has no spice called 'ego',
It lacks the bitter taste of 'jealousy'
Do not add the ingredient - 'hatred',
...

The child asked the father, ‘How can I meet God? ’
Father smiled and said, ‘I will tell you’,
In the seven colours of rainbow,
In the bunch of roses,
...

I tell myself,
I will not give up,

When there is no hope of victory,
...

I looked at her,
And sat beside her bed,
I kissed her gently,
On her forehead,
...

She carries you in her womb,
Not for a day or a week – but for all nine months,
She gives you her blood and flesh,
And brings you in this beautiful world,
...

Your heart is an ocean of love,
You have filled my life with all the rainbow colours,
You always protect me against life’s blowing winds,
You are my blanket of warmth.
...

Everything Will Be Perfect

One fine day,
Everything will be perfect,

One fine day,
You will shine like a star,
One fine day,
There will be no war,

One fine day,
There will be no worries,
One fine day,
There will be no failures,

One fine day,
You will get a hug,
One fine day,
You will fall in love,

One fine day,
Parents will be respected,
One fine day,
Women will not be exploited,

One fine day,
You will live with pride,
One fine day,
You will take everything in stride,

One fine day,
You will learn not to cry
One fine day,
You will learn to strive,

One fine day,
There will be no fight in the name of religion,
One fine day,
Together, we will pray to - Allah, Jesus and Ishwar,

One fine day,
You will stop feeling miserable,
One fine day,
Life will be beautiful,

One fine day,
Everything will be perfect!
