A Big Machine Full Of Smallness

looking up outside and all around
falling fast and sitting down
the night sky brilliant white flashing lights into my spine
you are all so very real
so full of secrets
we are all hiding inside these big machines
these big machines flailing in the cool light of the moon
but inside ourselves we will never understand the meaning of this strange world we call home
we think we are isolated
we think that nothing can save us
and so we hide further down inside
and wish that someone might come with a light
to pull us forth
I look at you and you are all I see
you are all I am
there is nothing left of me
if we could only see inside these big machines
we would find they are full
of smallness
and outside is everything
which I believe is love
