In this everyday tavern,
Everybody enters for a cup
To quench their bottomless thirst
For wholesome and immortality!
...
A lonely shore cries on a grey night,
Under the Moon's ruthless shadows,
Upset about the cold winds that shred its body,
And the frozen sea which talks no more.
...
At the gate of the mountain temple,
Many gather to meet the Master,
And ask for freedom and buddhahood
As if he sells oneness, bliss or peace.
...
Below the horizon line existence is small,
From city to city one moves in life,
Beating the drums of a daily song,
Dreaming of cheers, gold and sugarcane!
...
The whispers of grief and hopelessness
Come echoing again between the mirrors of the mind,
And one is locked in an obscure house,
Desperately hunting the liberating Light.
...
Seconds, smiles and sorrows
Knock at your door continuously,
Passing like beads on the string
Before your muted eyes and lips.
...
A symphony of water and light,
Plays out as a world of form,
As an illusion of the mind and relativity,
Dancing inside the vast Absolute.
...
Space fractures for a moment
And focal points emerge as laser lights,
Billions of manifested lives
Experience the fugitive dream lounge of form.
...
Sad jaws pointed towards the earth,
Trembling hands try to catch a ray of life,
The sky choked with smokey clouds,
Someone only mimics a dry smile.
...
Rhymes and roses woven into silk paper,
Sweet language releasing odors of erudition,
Meaning and comprehension subside into stilness,
Being glows free of texture or weight!
