The call came
I thought it was a game
Calling your phone
hoping that your home
Listening to your voice
wondering if you had a choice.

I realized it wasn't a game
Thinking hard about past days
Wondering how to find my way in this haze

God had staked his claim
Forever in his arms will you rest
for he knows what is best
