How do I say what is real within me?
How do I tell you what I feel to feel free?
If I must then I shall
Tell you the truth no matter how.
I confess to you
That my words are strong
Hurtful it may feel
But hurt will only last so long
The truth sucks believe me; it hurts in every which way!
But all I want is the truth to be spoke this very day.
No more lies will I hide inside, or will I put it away to spare your demise.
Too many words said out of kindness; But isn’t a lie the wrong thing to play?
Isn’t the truth the right thing to say?
It will hurt to let you know my ways,
But it will free my burdens that hunt me these days.
But how do I say what I really want to say?
