Remind us one thing, again,
The mystery of Life's boundless chapter.

Like a dew on a leaf,
So rash, for a while,
I want to be a thief.

Now the crowded city wears
A thick blanket of fog
Like an infant desperately combatting the cold
In his vulnerable bed.

For u know not what a friend can do,
I can selflessly sacrifice myself-
Only for you, o dear, only for you.

The speechless, helpless & smouldering earth
Burns alone with unseen flames;
Sitting atop on the disguised hearth,
We are busy in shifting blames.

You may never know
That even today
I see your horoscope
In the newspaper

I seek solace in the seas of you eyes,
I sleep with your dreams & even arise;
You are in my heart, in the fathomless depth-
Life bereft of you will be akin to death.
