At The Void

Once again staring the empty space
Ponder upon the barren noise
Glancing on each word that pass by
And with a touch gone like a butterfly

Thought’s clouded with hesitation
Tomorrow’s dream but of delusion
Courageous heart plunge into dullness
Found my soul in nothingness

Alone in freezing endlessness
Try to hold on to my shrewdness
To keep me aground in faith
And in silence strive for my fate

Now I’m here grasping to reality
Afraid to be mystified by tranquility
Trying to unbound myself from boredom
And fill my heart again with enthusiasm

Have to live life in certainty of today
Not of tomorrow nor of yesterday
I will then keep life’s fire ablaze
And share that heaven’s grace
