Hi everbody, I'm new here, and I already love this site. I've posted poetry by my friend Charlie (because he's too lazy to do it himself) I personally think he's done some good stuff, but could somebody else please read it and rate it? Thanks very much, Dan.

    The Lost

Sitting in my room, thinking of the girl who doesn’t want me.
Feeling empty as a well with no water,
The most intriguing creature to walk the earth,
initially not my type at all.
For three whole weeks it took to love,
A girl so unique, most certainly sent from above!
    A personality more than most,
The girl who has no love for me,
In my mind, now a ghost.

    The book cover

    Ravaged by the weather outside,
ages with me, but face like time.
    Prada, gucci, all passers by,
no one dare look incase he's high!
But deep down inside, lives a man with a past,
neglected by his mother and hit by his dad,
This is a man without hope of success,
this is a man with no permanent address,
But he is the one with a story to tell,
for he is the one already in hell,
and judging by the people that pass,
No one would listen, or give a rat's ass!
This is a good man just down on his luck,
this is a good man, no one gives a...

    A journey of ends

Cant pick up the phone, for my head is too heavy.
Won't pick up the phone, I don't want to know.
For the one that I loved has gone and left me,
In a field of black roses, so far from my home!
I have to move forward, I must go on,
My heart is so weak, but my head is so strong,
so that is my story, I want you to know,
Im finally here! My beautiful home!

Poetry is the ART of EXPRESSION.
I wanna share my poetry and feelings to anyone who dreams of a peaceful world.
    Friendship is the greatest feelings.
Let's be friend. 'EKTA BONDHU HOBE KI BOLO TUMI AMAR? '
I and my poetry wanna share you the great language, Bangla, for that we gave our blood and lives, for that 21 February is THE INTERNATIONAL MOTHER-LANGUAGE DAY.
My poetry will share you the life of a BANGALEE and the history of a land that was THE DREAM of the WEST, as was to VASCO da GAMA, COLOMBUS...
'WE fight for living of a flower,
WE fight for the smile of a face,
WE fight for revive the peace of the whole world.'
(this is a song of our LIBERATION WAR,1971.)

Just be real, there's no right or wrong.
What ever you feel, just write it down and be honest with real feeling and emotion.
