Hi there, I am looking for a poem, could be a monologue, told to my grandmother by her father when she was small. She can only remember snippets but I'd love to be able to give it to her as a whole piece. It goes a little something like this.....'In a lonely railway station'.... there's a commotion at the end of the platform where a prisoner is held in shackles, a little girl goes up to him and says...'Man, for you I'm sorry and Jesus Christ is sorry too' The rest of it is based pretty much on the fact that the prisoner changed his ways due to that little girl and it always made my grandmother and her sister cry but brings back fond memories for them both. PLEASE HELP! ! !

I found it, not as a poem, but as a story, here under No. IV:
