    the nuts aren't " back" , they never left,
    instead, lying dormant, they waited,
    I'm not sure what set them off again -
    but it seems we are once more inundated...

    " Ignore them and they'll go away, " I've been told
    by the few who remain and are " normal" ,
    I have tried, and I've tried, but as you can see,
    my self control remains abysmal.
