I copied and pasted this into Google translate and it detected it as Afrikaans:

winter Miracle

Blue lips with knitted hats,
red neusies with soft sneusies
& Purple fingers with uncontrolled bibbers
... It does what all started

But then came the tight hugs,
for long periods
Warm socks with nice sopsouse
& A meal of meat and rice
with hot chocolate sauce on cold ice cream

Later a little closer to the end...
change flaming bright summer longing
green grass is browner than bark
& Cheerful summer dresses into hot coffee and sugar cubes

Miracles are seen everywhere,
because falling out soft flokkies roosbossies
& Ice crystals sparkle in waterfalls

like a thief in the night, the icy winds all my small house bevinde but the cold, I will not be ashamed,
because only the winter bring my family such cuddly
