Empty
Everyday I woke up
You used to pour a coffee on my cup
Kisses in the morning
Then you and me hugging
It used to be
It used to be
But now I couldn't see
So I just slip back on my sheets
Like playing hide and seek
With someone I wish to be here
And whispering on my ear
Saying I love you
And proving it's true
Since you walked away
I've been crying everyday
I was always in blue
And all because of you
Why oh why
Do I have to cry
You left me alone
With all the love you've shown
You broke my heart
And I missed you a lot
But I have to let you go now
I just don't know how
But I gotta try
Until I can Hi
That you're nothing
No more liking -
Ash ....

Let me breathe so that you hear my voice
Let the rain fall but plead the moon to stay in place
Let each dropp sync to the rhythm of my heart
My heart beats so that you hear my song
A song of love dedicated from me to you
Dedicated from my heart and only to yours
Though two worlds apart I ask we let there be one heart in place
Not because I could use somebody like you
But because I want to be with somebody called you
Call the clouds to cover us and send a shower of blessings
Hold the hands of time so that this moment lasts
If in this a moment I dream let me dream a tale that's fair
Fairytales last forever so I'm going to love you till we see happily ever after
This is a moment I saved just for two
A moment I'll never regret
A moment I'll always cherish
Coz it's a moment that's meant to be
A lifetime loving somebody called you
Once upon a time I needed a more than friend,
So often I needed a pillar by my side
31 bricks could have made a pillar,
But only proverbs 31 defined an everlasting and even stronger pillar,
One called a woman of virtue
Adam's rib surely did suffice for a man's real best friend
So with every line words are drawn from my heart
Drawn by the beauty of your heart, personality and passion
Your love for God, yes the beauty that's true
Grace was sufficient and I received a gift I never deserved
It was all I needed, it was all I wanted
It was somebody called you
Take my hand and lead me away
Take me to a place of peace yet set for all to see
Tonight I'll let them know what you mean to me
More than a ruby, more than a diamond coz you are a gift by grace
I love you and I'll love you till the end of time so I'm here to stay
Other says they want someone like you
Other wish to use somebody like you
All I want is to a lifetime with somebody
Will that somebody please be you -

Succor
Pain, like a shadow in the dark,
Banished it seemed in the light of your smile,
Hiding, biding waiting,
Always there
What once was whole
Is now ravaged
Scarcely felt…
That first blemish
Time passes in an unseen haze
Skewed through the prism
shards of fragmented possibilities
All become one- Alone
Yet still I crave,
And hope and pray,
For healing from your smile,
From now until my grave. -

May I pass the hardest test?
Though I can't see you in What'sApp.
May I repair the biggest clash?
Though I can't find you in WeChat.
May I join all your feasts?
As you know I will be everRed.
May I hold you in all fests?
As my stand fixes neither for past nor sex.
May I take you as cigarette?
Ready am I topping the Everest.
May I be your fixed asset?
I will strive for all our best. -

What a Beautiful Sociopath She Was
Believe by the eye
How a touch from a safe hand
Can parallel
Kept promises
Five trembling fingers
At a time
Frail action by the lungs
Catching words from the throat
Choking consciousness
Without a dignified cause
Of remorse
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Darling
You hide
Your redness
Behind a fatigued hairline
As your forehead wrinkles
Prompting the safe hand
To become one of violence
Across puckered lips
Held together by invisible stitches
A cause to censor emotion?
Now found trapped
On a virgin tongue
Lest your eyes fragment
Till the pigment falls
Like a dusting of one colored confetti
And that loss
Of vision
Binds you to emotion
I will never call you
Safe
Again.
No, no, no, no, no, no
Darling
You’ll always be
That magnificent sociopath

" Why cant you see?"
Its hard to describe how I feel right now.
I want to explain it but I don't know how.
I can not believe that it has come to this.
It's our world too, not just his
No matter how hard all of us try,
It seems like he will never hear us cry.
It feels like all we did was beg, scream, and yell,
but he just didn't hear us...., it was a living hell.
The little boy all he wants is his Daddy's' acceptance,
but the fathers too busy keeping his distance.
The little boy is so curious, he has so many, 'Whys?',
but the fathers so stubborn, why won't he open his eyes.?
The little girl all she wants is to spend quality time with her Dad,
but the father just doesn't get it... it breaks her heart and makes her so sad.
The little girl just wants to be his princess, to be adored and be seen,
she asks her mother in confusion, 'Does he know I'm almost thirteen?'
Then finally the woman who all she ever needed was just him.
The man just kept on leaving and sadly their light began to dim.
She gave him her all and trusted him with every bit of herself.
He didn't see that the distance made her feel like he just put their love on the back of an old rickety shelf.
The poor man was so blind, he never saw it coming, his entire life just falling apart.
She tried telling him so many times, she needed him to stay with her, to fix her broken heart.
The heart that had been broken, by the one who she trusted the most.
she asked him to stay there with her, but his presence became a cold distant ghost.
The days became weeks of sadness, emptiness and pain,
Why couldn't he just quit fishing? The man had so much to gain.
The woman slowly lost hope, clung to a strangers effortless attention.
Became lost in her own world of confusion and apprehension.
If only the man would have stopped to See the woman who desperately loved him disappear.
The end may not have manifested and brought forth, their worst possible fear.

Check this out peeps, though a little rough...your advice and criticism is would go a long way to smoothen my writings...
Quietly bending my pride,
for you to become my bride
so as to have a smooth ride
till a child comes our way.
Take this not as dried
or too crunchy fried.
But rather be mild,
and see me as wild
with no where to hide
'trying to pass the tide
created by your dad...' -

Hey everyone!
I'm kind of new to PoemHunter.com and would like you to have a look at my poems.
I have written only four poems so far. My latest poem is, " Pain, If I Could Forget Again"
I would request you to have a look on my poems if you have the time off course.
They are mostly about love, friendship, heartbreak and obsession. My poems are not that good due to immaturity and lack of experience. So, I'd be very grateful for your review and criticism, constructive or not.
Thanking you in advance,
Regards. -
