When you say to someone, " I love you" , what ~specifically~ do you mean? When someone says to you, " I love you" , what do you want them to mean? " LOVE" is a vague word that can mean completely different things to the speaker of love, and to the one being told that they are loved.

Has anyone else found that when a woman says I love you it's likely to mean, 'I like who you are and want to know you better. I want like this to last."
When a man says I love you, most often his meaning is, " I want sex" .
