Flowers may bloom,
and trees may grow,
but my love for you
is bound to explode.

I've loved you long,
I've loved you well,
I've loved all of the stories
You loved to tell.

I remember your smile,
I remember your laugh,
I remember your tears,
I remember your voice.

And I miss it all.
My tears fall as I grieve you.
I miss you more than
the sun would miss the moon

Or the moon would miss
his beautiful stars.
You are my star
and I am your moon.
