Everything around looked dark

i never really explored
the depths of this soul
that people talk so much of
but when your eyes first met mine

last night by the sea
i held my tears of longing
from falling into the oblivion
the wind was still
...

the wave never thinks
'am i part of the sea? '
the moon is never aware
of the the light it emits
...

i come back to you
to set the cracks caused
in this clay mold
not once do you turn me down
...

that fleeting moment
when my heart flows into yours
i again become you
...

Lips move silently
Vocal chords quietly vibrate
Repeating your name
...

When I’m with you
And you, with me
In that fleeting wink
The world assumes
...

in my dreams and
behind my closed eyes
in my eyes wide open
what else is seen
