The sounds are many,
what do i take in?
How will i know if its phoney?
or let it sink in.

when I saw some children play.

Lonely, till i hear the word, 'lovely! '
lonely, until my mistakes are accepted gladly.
lonely, until i'm missed terribly.

saw a man with many hands,
he was rich and owned many lands.
He worked hard everyday,
while children around him used to play.

Amidst strangers i see friends.
Strangers as they are, the comfort me.
As they comfort me i realize, they are no longer strangers,
i know a part of them and they know a part of me.

In his eyes,
i wish to be seen.
In his eyes,
to appear pretty i'm keen.

It started simple,
during the years we had pimples.
It was then feeble,
as time passed, to make it strong we were able.

Stars are so far,
they are not understood easily.
Its not that with us they are at war,
they have got used to being lonely.
