I do not know myself
Though I have read

This wild imagination
curiously loops back and forth
Across
The one way passage of time

When all that rose from light
Fades back into it
Will all be velvet dark
or blinding white
...

I would like a lavender ocean
With gentle waves, crested with gold
I would like
...

We will travel this world, you and I, and then, sated,
spent, renew ourselves in each other, in our own land.

So it will be, in this life and more.

I know your thoughts, yes even those
That you whisper shyly
Just to yourself
...

Fly out of your cage, rage and rage
You owe no one a grain of sand
Break your chains but bury the remains
And rule your world with a gentle hand
...

Where are those who water this garden
Where are those who say we care
Where are those who, in the dark
Stand up and say, 'Yes, we dare'
