Alone

In the depths of silence
Pits of despair
Holes of doubt
Infinite nothing
Pierces the air

Yearning for just
Another human presence
To pass the time with-

Just

Not

Alone

A black hole sucked me in
And won't let go
As much as I tug and shake
Beg and cry

I fell off a cliff
And the sea welcomed me
Three hundred feet below
Swallowing me whole

No

Don't

Leave

Me

Here

Alone

Life Path

There are some things
That everyone knows;

Like, for instance,
That “April showers bring May flowers”,
And that after a shower there’s always a rainbow,
And on that rainbow seven colours are painted,
And at the end of those colours is a pot of gold.
Everyone knows you can never reach the end of it.
