Dogfights in the air
Navy in the sea

D-Day

Soliders on the ground
Dogfights in the air
Navy in the sea
Striking up a flare.

Got to keep my head down
Got to keep my cool
Got to fight the enemy
Thats the only rule.

I pleged myself for freedom
I shall willingly give my life
Fighting for my country
And fighting for my wife.

If I have my comrades
One thing I always know
We will keep on fighting
Wherever we may go.

If in war I die
Fighting for my goal
I know I won't been forsaken
As God shall have my soul.

As I reach the shores
I follow the Captian's advice
I stepped out on the beach
And I payed the ultimate price
