Through these halls

The wind whispered his name
across the leaves of fall,
I shook inside my frame,
and couldn't think at all.

That's sick of waiting for cupid's dart.
But there's nothing I can do,
To change who's in love with who.

Like a frantic, feverish sleep,
My heart won't fall in a love that's deep,
I'm tossing and turning,
and exhausted from yearning.
