Under the covers of night
On the satin sheets of my bed

A smile
To hide many a smiles
Her face trying so hard
To betray not her heart

I take a break from a thought of you
To catch sleep only to find you
Waiting in dreamland
I wake up from a dream of you

I tend to think i am a master of the pen,
but tell me,
When i put it down in ink,
Will it finally sink
...

Mother asked
'How are your friends, how is Gabriel
I was going to say he's okay
Then it came out
...

I put up a brave face
I suffered in silence
Never letting it tear my smile
But it did take a toll on me
...

Sometimes you make me mad
Sometimes you get on all my nerves
Sometimes you raise your voice on me
Sometimes you don't even talk to me
