A Useless Hopeless Quote

A useless quote
filled with False hope
'Nothing lasts forever'
3 words with so much power
And as true as it may be
We still get impressed
Whenever some one states the obvious
So perfectly
States a fact so beautifully
Like 'Everything happens for a reason'
But does it really
Who ever decided everything we do,
Accounts for our destiny
That's apparently pre planned
>I dunno know man, you tell me<
You see
I used 2 think, if I think the worst
Then It will never happen
And if it does I'll be prepared
For the Reaction
If it being death
or a Heartbreak from a
Fatal attraction
I already predicted it
So My strength
Can only be at its Maximum
So when ever Shit got grey
& some one said
Well I guess you were expecting this
So it ain't all bad
The honest truth was
It was all bad
I' was never Nostradamus
So no I never expected these

Poem of the Day

poet James Whitcomb Riley

There! little girl; don't cry!
They have broken your doll, I know;
And your tea-set blue,
And your play-house, too,
Are things of the long ago;
