Baby I will die a lil bit more....forevermore

When I see the violinist play
But I don’t hear music
When I see the flowers bloom
But I can’t smell the fragrance
Baby I die a lil bit more

When I feel my heart race
But I don’t hear the beat
When I see the Sun shine
But I don’t feel the warmth
Baby I die a lil bit more

When I see the moon above the water
But I don’t see its shadow
When I see the stars up above
But I don’t see the heavens
Baby I die a lil bit more

When I hear the laughter
But I can’t smile
When I feel the pain
But I can’t cry
Baby I die a lil bit more

When I inhale
But I can’t exhale
When I open my eyes
But I see no light
Baby I die a lil bit more

When I say “I love you”
But I don’t hear the echo
Baby I will die a lil bit more
Forevermore

Great write of the almost or assured broken heart.
Disappointments of the dying heart here, hear?
I am probably jealous that i did not write this master piece.
What a surprising twist of eventful ending.

The seeds of passion bare the bitter and the sweet....The bitter here... is the ruefulness of the theme....the sweet....is the ruefulness of the theme! Great Work...and B.T.W....Lyrical potential, indeed!
