Butterflies Are Freedom

When butterflies fly
they say, 'This is hope.'

When butterflies laugh,
it means this is life.

When butterflies eat,
it means this is joy.

When butterflies soar,
it means this is freedom.

When butterflies glide,
it means this is death.

Butterflies say things,
but never too much.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I heard the bells on Christmas day
Their old familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet the words repeat
Of peace on earth, good will to men.
