  Down on the Dock

  She walked down to the pond

lay on the dock
rolled up her sweater for a pillow

dozed
felt the sun
took off her blouse
let the breeze cool her skin.

The dock was hard
the sun burned
she wished
it away.

A little cloud appeared
blocked the sun

goosebumps rose on her arms.

Love the omnipotent narrator who sees docks, clouds, and inside a woman's thoughts.
One can make a small cloud disappear by concentrating, has one nothing better to do that day..(smile)
