Looking Into Your Eyes, An Emerald Sea

Looking into your eyes, an emerald sea
Gently they unfold me with such calming grace
Their depth immeasurable silently beckoning
I heed the call from the powers held upon your face

I skim silently, the emerald sea, its glistening surface
Compelling me with its mystery hidden in each silent rest
Warm waves break in sync with my hearts gentle beating
The soft rhythm within my chest, leaving me still and breathless

Looking into your eyes, possessing not the powers to resist
I hand myself over ardently to your passions call
My body, my soul, the breath of me, laid out before you
Submitting to love, slowly unraveling into the impending fall

Laid on it for a covering,
