magic devine

Good as heart
Evil as death
Dangerous to see
Boiling power inside the soul
Shimmering light to see
Wands for the making
Words for the saying
Drawings for show
Crystals at use
Water to kill
Wax dolls on a paper hill
Destruction at your fingertips
Evil divine
Colorful power
That’s as blinding as the sun to the unprotected eye
Hallucinations that’ll make you mad
Used for guards or weapons
When you’re angry or mad
Filled with energy
See in the fire
Created light to see
Great balls of power rumble inside you

Poem of the Day

poet Pablo Neruda

I want you to know
one thing.

You know how this is:
if I look
