Silence Is Death - Poem by Kristen Brown

Blinded my vision
Can't make a sound
Kill my heart slowly
Silence is Death

Tears pour endlessly
Pain bleeds its way out
My body grows numb
The Silence Is Death

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Poetry workshop assignment #2 - Write a love poem with 'love' not being the main subject...meaning no sappy/cliche stuff.
I chose obsessive love because it's darker and gives more material to work with.
