you would love you too

If you could see what i see
when im looking up at you
then you would loose your breath
the exact same way I do

if you could understand
your own humor and charm
and the special way i feel
when im wrapped up in your arms

if you could feel what I feel
when im standing at your side
you, too, would cry tears of joy
because life has been so kind

if you could hold your hand
or see your winning smile
or understand why your number
is my favorite one to dial

if you could feel what i feel
whenever im with you
then there's no doubt in my mind
that you would love you too

poet George Gordon Byron

So we'll go no more a-roving
So late into the night,
Though the heart still be as loving,
And the moon still be as bright.

For the sword outwears its sheath,
