Religion is the biggest divide,
It's scars are impossible to hide.
Wars declared, lives disfigured and children orphaned,
Judgement day can only provide proof that no one gained.

An angel of mercy, an angel of light.
You gifted me a smile when nothing seemed right.
May this universe give you more joy than you have given me.
May this life bring you all the beauty you wish to see.

As the trees are stripped off by autumn,
it reminds us of a few laws forgotten.
What we have now may not survive tomorrow,
so why brood and wallow in our sorrow?

I smile a little bit more knowing you are around.
I skip a heart beat a little bit more hearing your sound.
I feel a little bit more warm with your scent gushing through me.
