I Play With Fire

I play with fire
and I become one...
Quickly I jostle into
the surroundings;
finding out
any takers of this fever
I buy some
and the remaining
I offer you...
And all those onlookers
want one...
Suddenly I feel
something penetrating
into my plight
of dog days, swelter and lust
and I rush...
I rush forward n'
out into the toxic gloom
And I realise
I'm fettered, scorched
and severed
into the same incandescence
the same heat
and I know
I am fire...
I play with fire...
as I become one

(I burn everything.....including myself)
