The aim is to encourage and foster the wealth of creative writing talent that we know exists in Wales but currently languishes in the doldrums. We aim to inspire people to capture life in the present day and to give a voice to a new generation of poets and writers. We are not interested in purely academic types of literature but would much rather see pure raw passion burst onto the creative writing scene in Wales.

There are well over 400 new poems with voice recordings on this website. Popular with young and old, many of the poems are for children, but loved by adults too. Josie Whitehead is the writer of all of these poems, and at the moment all 410 poems are in the hands of an educational publisher and should soon appear both in book form and on DVD with animated film etc. Please let family and friends know of this site, especially if they are associated with children.
