Your just like an angel
your skin makes me cry
That line has stuck with me since grade 8 for unknown reasons, i just find it-to use a cliche line- tragic and beautiful. This song is the theme to my life so far, and the feelings Thom shares of being in a relationship with someone he thinks is so magnificent, when he is so depressed of his own, er, shortcomings I guess, is the best way to say it. He feels so useless, and he feels the one he's with is too good for him, and they both know it, which is incredibally depressing, as well as the verse that starts with 'I dont care if it hurts' Thats amazing as well, in my humble opinion, so open and hurt, but not too whiney.
