Trina French Poems

Starlit skies couldn't tear me from the darkness of the woods.
I scramble on wards.
Music. My blindness resulted in harmony.Harmony in fact, that I don't know the eyes that are always watching.Waiting....
I run.I run.

You could call me insane,
but I saw a little girl cry, and I told her,
'You're wasting them.'
'wh-what? '

Darkness In The Woods

Starlit skies couldn't tear me from the darkness of the woods.
I scramble on wards.
Music. My blindness resulted in harmony.Harmony in fact, that I don't know the eyes that are always watching.Waiting....
I run.I run.
I leap upon clouds of shadows.Upon it's arrival, fear had begun to separate from my side.
I am blinded. And the world around me is shrouded in black.Night.
Fear, ha.I see it no longer. It's last breath died within the light of the clearing.
I run.I run.
And I stop.
I stop.At the clearing...and I shall wait.I will always wait...
...for you.My friend, my family...
..I'm waiting...
