Swords of flame
a blur of motion and quickness
Sleek they came, slower they retreat
Fog covers steps, a whirl of grey mixed with dark

Now They Were Merely A Bore

Scream without a voice,
Run without legs to carry,
Dance without a single move
Swim with no arms to pump,
