Pieces Of My Broken Heart...

In the midst of every sleepless night,
In the silence of the glorious moonlight,
I remember my past and am left shattered,
the pieces of my broken heart are again scattered,
as those memories cross my way,
the smile on my face slowly fades away...


I remember those joyous times,
the times we'd been together,
the times when we believed,
that our love will last forever...


I don't know where was the problem,
why did we chose to end it all,
did that please your heart? ,
mine only had a fall...


I tried to make up your mind,
but all in vain,
the same way- craving wounds,
does not relieve the pain...


It was a joke for you,
you never cared when we were falling apart,
my pain didn't bother you,
my tears never touched your heart...


no please..don't apologize,
i know that you haven't realized,
that even after apologies are expressed,
the pain of betrayl is never suppressed...


you think you'll live happily with him,
go ahead and try,
but then please don't come back to me,
when he becomes the reason for the tears in your eye...
