Night

Night
I lay in my bed so scared of the things around me
like the monster in my closet
the noise outside my window
the thought that if i fall asleep i might have a bad dream
but when my mother tucks me in she reminds me
that there is no monster in my closet
the noise outside my window is just that old branch i like 2 play on saying HI and as i fall asleep
just think of the good things and i just might
dream of them like the sound of my mother’s voice
when she tells me it’s ok or the comfort i feel when
my dad hugs me or the fun i have with my favorite toy
all those good things I have in my life good
night you all and don’t forget 2 dream
the most wonderful dreams ?
