alx blakey Biography

born in 1991 inspired by the emotions and thoughts of those surrounding me and the realisation of meaning behind words such as 'hope' story about hope: when hope was failing me i had a plant. this plant didn't grow and i almost gave up on it as i did hope but then suddenly a tiny sprig of green emerged from the soil bringing with it hope. i still have the plant and it keeps on growing as a symbol of hope when life gets tough. I'm studying english language, theatre and art at A-level with the hopes of becoming a designer full time find my art on: tbc)

Blind You Walk

broken like glass
we fall apart
blind to pain
we try to restrain
as anger crashes
waves of fire
left behind
all so blind
they wont notice
they walk away
unable to see
set us free
you laugh again
I don't know why
so self involved
nothings resolved
it never is
it never will
for now and forever
apart together
