there is this man that i love
he looks at me up above.

he's taller than me and he's kind

yeah they get on our nerves
but they care for their sisters.

they bug dad and mom

fashioned deep inside my bones
each picture, thought, and quote you see
are all reflections of what is me.

there was this man that i dated and that i loved so dear.
i was deeply in love with him and he hurt me
he did not see my tears but he heard my anger loud and clear.

we all hate it but there is no way out of it unless you dropp out.
we make friends as we go along the years but they don't last for long.
the teachers find ways into getting use through the years.
we never think about the way we look at the building as we get off the bus.

as i live my life with you, my aunt and uncle, my problem gets worse
i was beat...and neglected and i ran the house.

i took care of 2 adults and 2 kids.

you ask me to homecoming but you tell me that if i can't go that you have someone else that wants to go with you.

how do you think i am going to take that?
