Thankful

Thankful for You


You’re with me when I fall no matter how many faults,
You care when no else is there,
You’re the most wonderful friend out there
There’s no other friend I’d rather have
There’s so much that we share I would not have it any other way
We get into fights and conflicts
But at the end were still friends
We laugh like we’re wild hyenas, there’s no stopping us
As long as there is you
I know what love and true friendship is
No matter how far a part, we’re always close in heart
We’re always close in heart
We’re friends to end no matter what
You talk and whine,
But that’s just the way you are
I love hearing your problems because I could help you through it all
For you have helped me through many of mine
Even if I smell like B.O. and feet
You still are there right there
You shoulder to cry on and I respect that
For I’m there for you and that’s just a fact
No matter what other people say
I’m so thankful that we’re friends
Because without you I wouldn’t be so loving and caring
We learn and have changed each other’s lives
You spoke up to me to about the things you thought I did wrong
And you supported me through the things you thought were right
These are a few things that I’m thankful you’re my friend
Cause like million grains of sand on the beach
There are million and one things I could name
That is wonderful about you
But that would take to much time
So in the mean time I’ll tell you in person
