The Old Me And The New Me

Sitting here I think of those days
I am telling as my grandma says…
Running here and there like a rat
And not like now how I m fat
Hiding in the holes in yard
Searching me there was really hard
And never complained about my food
And ate everything that seemed me good….

And now the time has changed….

I’m sitting here having a beer
And telling you all without any fear
Time takes man from where to where
For them he doesn’t bother and care
I am smiling by the lips they gave
And wasting whatever they save
I was that one lying in the sand
They picked me up and made me stand
I wish I could hold them and walk
But the condition is that I cannot talk….
