A Remorsed Death

It swoops down and touches without a sign,
talented with elegant delicacy from centuries of experience.
But to those that come across it, will always whine.
Trembling lips, fierce sharp eyes, and full of belligerence.

Asking 'why, oh why, do you have to take her away? '
She was so loving, so sweet, and gentle with a soft touch
What and why does she have to pay?
Evil, sinister, choosing her of all to hold and clutch.

'Heh, that's such a cliché.
This wasn't just chosen in one day.
All along, there's many hints that lay.
Really, it's you who let her fray.

... I only came to claim her pain away.'
