Bout, swearin, and weight watchin, and the uthr ones

Snow is Cold
Specially when yur old
When you are not so old
Snow does not seem so cold

Folks ask me why do you (Billy Bob) write them poems
I am here to explain why this very think in this poem now

Today I am stuck inside my house
cause the cat is ready to kitten and my wife is afraid she will try to do it on the bed. So I am keepin one eye on her till the woman gets in from shoppin. (This was the non rhime part)

Now cat is sleepin

When a poem comes I write it down everytime
Even when some words wont try to rhime
(I call them non Rhimie poems)

Oaks Willahs and Pines we also got these

I know most folks think poems should rhime
but some don't leastwise not all the time

I can make rhimes in my head

Well first couple weeks of the year went purty good
But then I stopped follerin my Rezolushuns as I should
I think thet the first one to go was bout swearin
when the Damn buttons popped offin the coat I was wearin

When fixen to poet I usual rite the rhimin kind
(at least three times out of four)
Cept sometimes the words jest ain't got a mind
(But I do like the rhime kind more)

First off I let words run through my head
Sometimes wile standin but most part in bed
Then when I get up I set down and write me the rhime

Work has to be done all the time
