Bree Rose Poems
Tears and Souls
Drops of water fall in rhythm with the tears Falling, turning from sadness to anger with every drop tasting the salt on your tongue Just as a reminder the no one is invincible
Cracks In The Mirror
Holding hands, kissing lips, hugging bodies It was a cold winter. The snow fell softly, as cold as his heart Words spoken between the two, passing softer than the breeze
You could of had anyone You could of had any girl But you wanted me The way you looked at me was as if you had see light for the first time, as if you were a deaf man who just heard sound.
His touch is intoxicating. His lips leave a trail of heated skin in their wake. His scent is addicting It grows stronger in the close proximity.
Pirouettes on Cloud Nine
Dancing is like being on a plane. It could start uneventful. But then when you take of, you feel amazing. Feeling the world's eyes follow every movement and loving it.

Tears and Souls
Drops of water fall in rhythm with the tears
Falling, turning from sadness to anger with every drop
tasting the salt on your tongue
Just as a reminder the no one is invincible
A reminder that the only end to it is to release all feeling from your soul
Trying to do it, but knowing that it's wrong
So you cry
All that is left are the teardrops on the floor
Crying over the lost one
Crying over the relationship left to rot in the dust
Fear is holding it's captive under lock and key
Not hope of escape
Sliding your back down a wall
Looking at a blank wall ...
