Music Is Everything

Music is an expression of the soul.
It sounds like happiness and sadness,
Anger and love
It brings back memories,
And creates new ones.
It can make you cry,
Smile,
Dance,
Fall asleep,
Or run faster.
It’s at every party,
Every funeral,
Every wedding
And in every movie.
It’s been there since the beginning,
And forever continues to change.
Music is passion and pain.
It keeps you company,
And it’s there when you have company
One person can make it.
Orchestras can play it.
It takes practise and patience,
Concentration and coordination,
But it can bring out your very best.
Music is listening,
Interpreting,
Learning,
Growing,
Living,
Feeling,
Being.
Music is everything.
