Perception

Perception. Unspoken;
It's the eye left unopened.
But all knowing, to a depth of degree.
Despite what you believe, creativity can run free.
Free of the bonds with which most understand.
The minds eye; the hidden gland.
Perception; often defined by sight.
But what is sight? If not a signal of mind.
Connected, refracted, and shaped throughout time.
This mental picture of what you see and believe.
An understanding of those things un witnessed;
The acts of mankind, of those standing wicked.
So despite what we see, our perception is chosen.
With closed eyes, all eyes have been opened.
