God gave some beasts, a coat of wool and fur;
To fish He gave it scales; to birds feathers;
So that in winter, they could be warmer,
And give to man, his much needed leathers!

And loud-speaker voice and tongue both smooth and harsh;
My poems are like eggs from ‘Golden-hen’,
And never will be like the gas from marsh.

When sadness goes and joy has replaced it,
Remember Man, ’tis just a transient state;
One’s happiness depends on how you’re hit;
Enjoy as if ’tis not your one life-mate.

‘Wabi’ in art, thy name is Solitude!
That gives artists, the mind’s calm to create;
Whereby, emotions get a serene mood,
And poets lament on the poor earth’s fate.

Wait for thy day, hour, opportunity;
Things don’t happen always as per scheduled;
Patience’s, a magical ability;
Than when hot, a man can do more when cooled.

The Red-Ants took over the guava-tree!
They built their leafy nests by body-glue;
Some soldier-ants patrolled the surface free;
They fed on fruits, unripe, ripe; old and new.
...
This world I see, does seem to live in lies!
One cheats the other very shamelessly;
The tendency’s becoming money vice;
And journey life, so very recklessly.
...
One cannot learn from experience always,
For Knowledge is a sea; experience, Lake;
Some learn the same in hours or weeks or days;
Some never do all life, forever fake.
...
I miss my sibling, very much in truth;
A Roe she was, but enticed went astray;
A lovely gazelle, she was in her youth;
To come back to our fold, I wish and pray.
...
O what joy to be member of a band,
And praise God eternally in Heaven,
And what ecstasy standing by His Hand!
A treat that God gives only good-willed men.
