A time to make your heart gladder in strife;
God’s plans for you are far better than yours;
He does them elegantly and with poise.

I seldom see in life on earthly trails;
-A surgeon with expertise in short span:
-A soul who keeps promises, never fails.

Stop the smog and save your lungs;
Drive with lesser exhaust fumes;
Stop smoking; keep cancer-lung free;
Do not burn the crops-stubble.

The Potter made this pot from clay,
Just as He made the other pots;
This pot alone kept on His way
From when among most tiny tots.

The water table had gone down;
Riparian states refused to share;
Delayed Monsoons worsened the state;
So, people prayed for rains to come.

All I want this Christmas is…
For rains to stop for now,
And sun to shine in glory,
Dry up the streets, wet ground.

Rain-battered city limps to normalcy;
The rain had caught the people unawares;
The heavy rain has hit the common man;
Inundated lies many places still.

O Virgin Mary, pure of heart!
God chose you from the very start;
And gave you birth without the stain
Of Original sin or sin.

When we expect God’s forgiveness,
Should we not forgive our neighbors?

Like chaff in wind, the wicked disappear;
Their evil deeds will vanish without trace;
From righteous souls, good deeds galore appear,
Reminding all, their memories and face.
