Save It For The Day I Die

I need you to hear me, I need you to see
That everything you're doing is making me bleed.
The endless torture of your silence,
The way you tell others to remain quiet
when I call them
Is creating a core of violence in my soul
That will soon grow greater and strong enough to take me whole.

My life is hanging from a cliff.
It's willing to let go as you continuously dig
a knife into my hands.
Once I fall I will not stand,
I will not walk or see or breathe or eat again.
I'll be far away from reach.

Don't look for me when I'm dead
Because that thought never crossed your head
as you went ahead and killed me with your actions.
You can deny and say you didn't do anything
When all you did was everything-
enough to push me to my limits.

I'll be done in time, you see.
I don't want to live a life that means I'll never be happy
Because the one person I trusted
Forced me to leave.
